Before you call

Ask before you decide anything

If yours is not here, call or write. Nobody is ever charged for asking.

Do I need to quit before I call?

No, and please do not quit on the spot. Quitting can change what a claim is worth. Call first and we will walk through the timing.

What does a first call cost?

Nothing. We listen, tell you whether we can help and explain what comes next.

How do you charge?

Most pay and termination claims are on a contingency, so you owe no attorney fee unless money is recovered. Case costs are explained in writing before you sign and may still be owed. Severance reviews are a flat fee we quote first.

Are there deadlines?

Yes, and some are short, sometimes a matter of months. Tell us the dates of what happened as soon as you can.

What should I save?

Pay stubs, schedules, texts, emails, performance reviews and any letter you were handed. Keep copies on a personal device, not a work one.

Will my employer know I called?

Not from us. We do not contact your employer without your say-so.

Do you represent employers?

No. We represent employees only.

What if I am not sure I have a case?

That is what the first call is for. We will tell you honestly what we see, including when we think the answer is no.

Still wondering

Tell us what happened, and we will say whether we can help.
